A little bit of information on the two new TEX subformats supported:
- 0x19 is a ATI1 DDS file used for MM textures. The photoshop DDS plugin does not support this format at all, so you'll need to use another DDS convertor to read these textures.
- 0x1F is a 3Dc DDS file used for NM textures. I think photoshop DDS plugin supports it just fine.
